The Real Estate Market in the Crested Butte area has woken up in the last 6 months. New owners at the ski area have invested heavily in infrastructure and planning with the result that there is renewed interest in the whole area. Lot and house prices have risen considerably but are still a "bargain" compared to other Colorado ski towns. I've been saying for the last 18 months that now's the time to buy. That still holds true as the market continues to rise. Many owners on Red Mountain Ranch are also realizing their investments and several lots have been sold recently for very good prices.
